Thank you for applying to be a vendor for Saturday, June 28th 2025 at Cool Desert Nights at the Uptown Plaza from 9-3pm. The RCC Board reviews all applications on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Those accepted will be emailed and then invoiced.

Vendor Application

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at Cool Desert Nights 2025. Applications are reviewed monthly by the RCC Board for approval.

If you are chosen you will be contacted and invoiced via email. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Unpaid invoices mean you are no longer a vendor and that spot will be given to the next option in your category.

Richland Chamber Members are given vendor and merchant spot priority. We do our best to have a variety of food/beverage/merchant options. You are NOT guaranteed to be the only vendor in your category due to the size of this event.
