Thank you for applying to be a vendor for Saturday, June 28th 2025 at Cool Desert Nights at the Uptown Plaza from 9-3pm. The RCC Board will review all applications and make their selections prior to March 30th, 2025.

Vendor Application

Thank you for applying to be a vendor at Cool Desert Nights 2025. Your application will be reviewed by the RCC board and we will contact you regarding your status by March 30th, 2025.

If you are chosen you will be contacted and invoiced via email. Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Unpaid invoices mean you are no longer a vendor and that spot will be given to the next option in your category.

Richland Chamber Members are given vendor and merchant spot priority. We do our best to have a variety of food/beverage/merchant options. You are NOT guaranteed to be the only vendor in your category due to the size of this event.
